Acknowledgements

    Team A would like to acknowledge, and thank, the Kean University Bookstore’s store manager, Ms. Tina Hart. She has been working for the Kean Bookstore since 2020, but has been with their parent company, Barnes and Noble College, for twenty years. Ms. Tina kindly provided us with an overview of the store, as well as thoughtful insights into the store's operations. We have continued to keep in touch with Ms. Tina and are excited to showcase the final report to her!
